Its soy based. And amazing i had the Ben and Gary Tacos and a half order of the mac and cheese.
The menu says it's soy-based. As a GF-vegan regular there, I eat it with no problems.
Last summer I had tacos that were definitely jackfruit based. They were great, and enormous. Can't wait to get back next summer.
I could be wrong but when I ate there it was Jackfruit that they used for the meat substitute
