Their website is so misleading. Rent went up 21% over the last 12 months. (Currently paying approximately 1500/month before electric and internet.) The pool had no water in it this past summer. The gym is only open if the leasing office is open. The leasing office closes at 5pm everyday. Our sliding glass door to the porch is broken. Locks broke off when maintenance was fixing the sliding portion. Their solution was a metal pole to stick behind it. You pay for everyones utilities because its lumped together. If youre in the army, look more north. Your money goes way farther for nicer apartments. Multiple apartments here have 5-6 people living in them. The complex is safe though. Because the police are here 4/7 nights a week. If youre not on the top floor, youll hear everything above you. Their laundry app does not work on newest iphone OS. Pros: the maintenance guys are super nice and are truly trying their best with what they have. Got lucky and my view is nice too.

My boyfriend has lived here for 3 years. He's seen many different owners and staff while being here but the current office manager Lindsey, staff and maintenance are all super friendly and helpful. Just like anywhere else you live in the Springs, put cameras in your windows and you'll be fine. Not sure why there was a bad review from a few years ago 🤔it's been taking down

Not veteran friendly. Also lack of education for staff on va benefits. I don't want to have to give all my medical information and account summary for 6 mos. Yall violated my privacy. …I do apologize if there was a misunderstanding - we do not need any medical information from you at all and this is not something that we would ask for from anyone. Our qualifications require that applicants provide proof of income - in the case of VA benefits that would be your most recent award letter for 2021 OR 6 months of bank statements showing your consistent VA benefit payments. Your application is valid for 30 days should you wish to continue on. We wish you luck on your search for a new home.

I think it was the felon guy that Lori Dixon snuck into her apartment among everyone else living there. He uses her car all the time. He’s in the gym all the time. He is a felon and she didn’t tell management heto be living with her and her children. Hopefully they make the correct decisions and move to a different unit. I don’t like him next tHe’s gross and inappropriate, I hear them talking about brining a dog too! I think they need to report that too. His name is Gene Mckenna I heard. Seems like a suspicious homeless guy. but i rather keep my answer confidential. He’s a criminal! I heard this guy Gene left his dog with another woman he was with, Lori moved here in that time and now he wants to come back and park himself here and tell nobody I’m sure they’ll try to hide all the changes but it isn’t right. She made an agreement now she has a whole other Thing going on.. and it’s disruptive!
It's very expensive and it's not even worth the money you pay. They average from $800 to $1,200.
