Omg Iam getting so tired of these guys hitting my dam Wall with there chair it got to the point that my clock fell on my daughter while laying down and she was feeling ill and I've reported numerous times and it's getting to the point that Iam gonna have to handle it my self and it's not gonna look pretty especially if it has to deal with my kids getting hurt..

Fees I have never had to pay or even heard of before. Things that are normally built into your existing rent. In other words, what you believe to be your rent is not really what you would normally calculate it to be with your utility bills as they would normally be. Also consider that in the 5 months we have lived here we have had no access to a gym which is one of the promised amenities and 2 weeks after Memorial Day, still no access to pool. Now add that the police are at our building or the building next to ours a minimum, with absolutely no exaggeration, of 3 and sometimes 4-5 times a week. Everything has been painted over 10-20 times...outlets, outlet covers, and for some lazy reason every door or cabinet hinge as well. 1 of our decks is literally coming away from the building...The list goes on...
