Hello! We have a physical menu for soy free options, please ask your server for a copy. As far as gluten free, everything is gluten except for the obvious. But we do have replacements for all. We have gluten free bread, gluten free tortillas and taco shells, and even gluten free noodles for the mac n cheese. The only not obvious thing is the bacon and we do not have a substitute for it. Otherwise the food itself is all gluten free.
They are pretty accommodating, also you can download the menu and see the options.
You can get nachos, or maybe one of the sloppys ( I can't remember if they have TVP in the sloppy joe mix) just don't get it on the bun, you can also get the Greek sub or the veggie wrap just don't get them on the bread. The menu states that they will work with you just let your server know of your allergies. They are very friendly in there and accommodating. Their queso is delicious! I don't know if it's made with any tofu though, I know cashews are in it.
