Washington nj is closed until.Nov 7th due to Covid 19. Also they do not deal with driver's licence or ID issues there they direct you to another county or online.
Washington NJ is great location for that. Due to pandemic, I advise you show up on your day off meaning nothing planned during dmv business hours. ( DON'T SHOW UP AFTER 3PM- you'll regret to be informed they've had enough people already & suggest you go online or another business day - unless you're a senior> might be a possibility> no need to quote me though) I remember its always a lot of people going there & the service is great. The early you're there is best. You'll be given a ticket to be called inside when its your turn. Its cold now, so hope you can have a car to stay inside and warm up before your ticket number.
Go to www.njmvc.gov and find a licensing center that is open (many are closed due to Covid). Washington is a vehicle center.
