I have 2 school vans that I just purchased for my district. I am told that the Certificate of Origin will not be accepted for my initial State Inspection. How do I obtain a Title? What is the cost?

I don't believe Newton does business vehicles though so you may have to go to the Washington office

It looks you can do so in your local DMV office. If you bring the certificate of origin and sales certificate you show you paid sales tax or pay it at the DMV office and you can get the titles there.
