Yes. I was shocked seeing how bad this location is. I moved here from upstate NY and the locations up there were not always kept cleaned up, but it was not worse than any other place. Allentown is really bad. I didn't feel safe. And I really like KFC and wish they would open in Quakertown. We lost Boston Market, and they were always busy. Not sure why they closed, but we have lots of people who love fried chicken here, and Popeye's is terrible. The same company that owns Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and one other chain owns KFC, so they have a good base here in Quakertown and it is safe, good working class people. But, I won't go to Allentown location again. Bethlehem is also really dangerous and Easton. I lived here in the 80s and it was safe, nice, now, it is like Baltimore. War zones, gun fights, roaming gangs. Very scary and it shows in who works in these places and how little they take care of them and the customers.
I had gone to Allentown KFC. It was a good experience. I could see the employees preparing the food in a professional manner.
