How come you advertise that you close at ten and I get there at 9.35pm and was already closed. People inside, but the door locked and don't even take my order to carry out. Really sad.

Probably best to bring it up with management. I knoe I had the sake issue vut i call before I head over now a days.

The same exact thing happened to me one night and you shouldn't advertise you close at 10 and then close at 9:30!!

That to me and I asked a worker why they do that and he said the last 30 minutes is for cleaning.
