They never answer the phone. How is my car gonna have a whole engine recall and I never got any notice about it. Then!!!! When I bring my car in, they say they can’t provide me with a courtesy vehicle. How sway? Maybe try calling other dealerships?

Speak to Mike Goldberg. He's the manger of Service over there and great guy. My car had an engine recall as well. But I am happy with the service. It's better then Alexandria.

Different car brother. A Hyundai is all right but there's so many other cars out there that are such an improvement
