Great service and great staff! This is my 3rd time in for service and it was for a recall and an oil change, quick and easy drop off and a nice gentleman called me in less than 2 hours that it was ready for pick up. Friendlier than most other dealerships and honest, haven’t had any issues in the past. Keep up the good work.

The process from the initial phone call to driving the vehicle off the lot was wonderful. Our only complaint is the required "protection" package that I couldn't seem to talk them out of. Without the required protection package I'd give 5/5 stars. Charles is an amazing salesman. I will recommend him to anyone that asks about the car, including family and friends. He was very kind and courteous through the whole process and was very straightforward about the pricing from the start. We love our new Ioniq 5. It's our first fully electric vehicle and couldn't be more ecstatic about it.

We were greeted and treated very nicely. Charles and the team were extremely attentive and Charles was very enthusiastic about showing us the vehicle and making sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend and purchase a vehicle from them again. I did not give 5 stars just because they have extra appearance package and other package deals that are “required” for purchase. However, we were able to negotiate regarding those. Other than that the experience was 5 star!

How can I start this review, I’m so hurt and broken from the service I received yesterday at Hyundai college park! I had an oil change three days ago, when I went to drive my car yesterday ( I didn’t drive it since the oil change you can check my mileage to confirm) I heard a very weird noise but I didn’t know where it was coming from when I opened the hood to check, my oil was leaking, luckily I was close to the dealership (Hyundai college park) I got there at 6:30pm but the service dept was already closed since it was Saturday so I went to the sales floor to talk to someone hoping that someone would help me with this issue! They didn’t do anything to accommodate me in this issue they made which is a big issue, it could’ve been really bad! A sales person acknowledged me as soon as I went in, I told him the issue he explained me that it was the service dept responsibility and that they couldn’t do anything for me, the manager said the same thing he didn’t even bother to get up of his high chair! They didn’t sound like they were Hyundai employees at all, what happened is Hyundai’s fault it doesn’t matter if it’s the service department or the sales floor mistake it’s your Hyundai who made this terrible mistake, Shame on you all! All they care about is selling they don’t care about after sale service and that’s very important thing to remember the next time we want to buy a car. i have to go back Monday if they’re open since it’s President’s day and tell them what’s going on. My problem is that I have the issue today not 3 days from now, I can’t drive my 2021 car that I got 8 months ago from this dealership it’s the third car we bought from them we always liked going there they had friendly service friendly employees, we never had any issues. It’s the dealership fault that I’m in this situation, I work with my car I shop, I move around with my car, now I’m stuck not able to do anything because of a big mistake the Hyundai employees made! I’m in the middle of a move I can’t do anything either because I can’t use my car! I felt disrespected, ignored and not taken seriously, I left crying like a baby last evening because of the way everything was handled. Reliable Responsible Respectful I don’t feel Hyundai is Reliable anymore or Responsible for their mistakes nor respectful. Advice: always check after you do oil change here!

They never answer the phone. How is my car gonna have a whole engine recall and I never got any notice about it. Then!!!! When I bring my car in, they say they can’t provide me with a courtesy vehicle. How sway? Maybe try calling other dealerships?
