If you're using your 6 digit account number some banks wont recognize it as the full account number. The full account number is 14 digits long. If you can get into your online account with kcu via mobile app or website by clicking onto your account that youd like to be using you should be able to find your full account number. If you dont use online and you have checks with kcu your account number is the long number either starting with 1001 or 79013. Hopefully that helps!
