Don't speak with anyone else, speak with Elizabeth the manager. She was candid, reassuring, knowledgeable and explained everything. I could have never asked for a better leasing experience. The rent is some of the most reasonable in all of Kitsap County's 530 available listings for rent. Someone gave notice to vacate yesterday and I applied and was approved today. Before I was able to get in to sign documents two other people applied but were denied. Very competitive with any units going within 24 hours.

they are trying to charge me for something that I have already paid, that I should have been charged for in the first place. they will not reply to any of your disputes. the apartments itself are nice, however the apartment manager doesn't know what she is doing, the maintenance man does not fix things properly, and the property management company is a big time joke. After complaining several times about a dog's owner kicking its dog poop onto the sidewalk and street that was never resolved, I have sent several dispute letters not one has been answered. I would not ever rent from this place again, and I lived in 3 of their apartments in the last several years.Hi Sabrina, thank you for reaching out.
