Many Pilots have dedicated areas for rv's. There should be no issue parking at this one for the night. The restaurant is pretty good as well.
Pilot/Flying J's corporate policy is all parking is first come first serve. They cannot deny RV parking.

I saw one or two, but I'd park in the overflow lot as a courtesy to truck drivers.
