So parking is a mess There's dropped trailers and Bob tails that are parked in spots when there is in fact parking for Bob tails open. We got told we had to move out of spots that are labeled no parking but people have parked here all the time We were out of the way and weren't blocking anything Now we are left to drive around a packed lot where they won't do anything about the parked trailers and Bob tails taking up much needed spots The bathrooms are trash and looks like no one ever cleans them Staff just stands around staring at you and giving dirty looks. This place is an absolute mess and I won't be coming back here.

We stayed here in reserve parking for 3 days to take a quick ride into NYC. I have to say for those 3 days restrooms were only cleaned once if u can call what they did clean. This whole time they reek really bad and had me gagging at one point. They are newly remodeled but that doesn't give them an excuse not to clean. The only good was the restaurant. Zero stars for being dirty!!!!

I'd make a zero if possible. What a rip-off shop. The restaurant is outstanding. Don't use the shop. Tried charging for stuff they didn't even do, and added $60 for the guy to take 2 minutes to get my spare tire out of the rack. I've been coming here for over 30 years...never again.

People are nice, the have a country pride and food was good.. and for the parking, DO NOT park on the Reserved Parking if you did not reserve any parking, because they will really knock on your door to find some available spot, you will get TOWED, DO NOT park on the road also, you will get TOWED. you are called professional drivers so you should know better, every drivers like you work hard for the day, so taking someone's spot wherein you are not supposed to be is upsetting. Be responsible 😉

Never seen a TA that treats anyone like royalty except for the Iowa 80 group. The rest treat you like a walking wallet. They are never clean and the food is always horrid, bathrooms never clean, trashcans always over flowing. 48 state guy here... TAs are garbage except for a few rarities across the U.S. bloomsbury is one of the better but ChrisJ Ballard, your comment made me laugh
Very decent place to visit, have a meal, take a shower, refresh n refuel......

Not that I'm aware of. Unless it somehow ties in to Western Union. I know we have WU options at the register, I'm just not 100% sure what they are since I work in the repair shop and not the store.

He might have been the only one working or hr might have been new. Either way I feel you. Had to wait 5 hrs to have a center wheel hud seal replaced and then it failed 2 days later. Do to 3 lug nuts not tightened all the way properly.
After 10 am there are usually a few open parking spot. The reserved parking? Most drivers reserve the spot early in the morning when they know they will be here. DO NOT park on the road across the street from the TA. You will get a ticket. There is a rest area 2 minutes down the road
