I bought a set of recliners from foothills furniture few months ago, Tracy did an excellent job helping us with our purchase, and we found really nice recliners but I am so disappointed with our choice because the recliners are poorly build 😢, I informed to the store that I was having issues with my recliners and they sent someone to my house that fixes furniture but it only fixed the issue for a couple of weeks and the springs underneath the recliner keep coming off so I ended up with bad scratches on my hardwood floor, it's a constantly hassle to keep putting the springs back in place, I have to lift heavy furniture, they don't hold the weight and we aren't heavy people 😢 I contacted the store again and I didn't hear back from them 😔
