We came inside the store to get food. When we asked about ordering a whole pizza, the lady at the counter said "no problem," and radios to the deli to put the order in. Then the very unprofessional manager (I assume) yells across the store in a very condescending tone "there will not be any pizzas cooked until he gets done doing what he's doing!" I guess the cook was busy? I told her I didn't mind waiting, then they just kept being snarky and had an attitude like they didn't want to be bothered, so we canceled the order and left. As a business owner myself, I would not want that kind of treatment for any customer.

Answer the phone!!!!!! Tell the drivers to pull their trucks through ... They just block the fuel lanes but not fueling at all..... c'mon!!! My drivetime is burning away!!!!

Friendly staff and good food. If you want a spot get here before 1500. Parking will be stacked after about 4. Parking is tight but if you're driving a truck you should know how to back it in to a spot; which brings me to why I didn't leave 5 stars. The last 2 times I've been to this Pilot, I've seen "drivers" tear peoples hoods off trying to either back in, or pull out of a spot. I had to stop a guy from almost tearing my hood off with the nose of his truck earlier. Security only patrols to look for receipts in windows. If you've paid on the app, save yourself from being woken up and go inside and get a receipt; I know, the app should reflect to the store, but to them it doesn't matter. Just get the receipt. And for you rookies, just get your food and fuel and find a pull through spot at the pickle park...

For your typical traveller this place is alright. For us truckers finishing a long day and trying to get parked and grab a warm meal it's a bit of a nightmare. The parking lot absolutely sucks. It's designed poorly and really cramped so you end up with traffic jams all over the place. Good luck on a warm meal unless you're the type that calls it a day early. Denny's closes around 8. Subway closes around 9. The warm food up front and the roller grill are both closed down around 8. If you're lucky you can grab a leftover pizza, otherwise it's junk food off of the shelf or something cold like a salad or wrap that was made sometime within the last few days.
