Went there to return soeaker clips a 14.99 each item x 3 Manager was able to pull up the transaction(cash) but offered only $8.99 each as I did not have the receipt with me. Its a shame BEST BUY. Lots of customer service issues over the years that I read about but got to experience first hand It's not surprising that I shop there as a last resort

I had an awful experience this morning at my local Winchester, VA store. I have been a customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I had a store manager (His name is Jeremy) fight with me over not wanting to help. He said I was yelling while yelling at me! I was there to return an item and the only option he offered me was to give me a gift card while in the app it clearly said I can return it. I guess what, there were actually two other options, send it back thru UPS or call the customer service to see if there was anything else he could do. Jeremy refused to contact customer service, he commented on the way I was talking and cut me all the time. He should not be working at any retail store!

Geek Squad doesn't repair those ports. They would only replace the tablet under a Geek Squad Protection Plan

If your talking about the activation lock or unlocking the phone for other carriers no. If the phone is disabled all they can really do is factory wipe the phone
If they don't have it, they can order it for you.

Yes, and Geek Squad autotechs have a lifetime warranty for their work for as long as you have owned the car- therefore, putting your Best Buy Rewards account on your purchases is a good policy, because they can always look up your purchase history from it and you don't need to save receipts.
If you have the receipt, take it in and have them look up the purchase. If not, there's probably nothing you can do except buy a new mouse, though you might be able to take the mouse in and get a replacement. Without a receipt, though, that's not likely.
