Went to this location for about a year. Overall it was a good experience. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The manager is great and so are some of the trainers that I've had experience with (Becca- thanks for letting me squeeze in some reps in the EP area before a class. Mark- thanks for pushing me to failure.) There are a couple areas that could use some work. When it gets busy, the cleaning stations often lack paper towels and/ or cleaner. The men's bathroom often needs attention but that's probably because the young bulls with "short horns" don't stand close enough to the trough. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I'm ever out that way again!

This gym is just okay. It’s pretty clean and aesthetically nicer than most gyms I have been to. I will say, it’s super busy at all times (even early mornings) which is a bummer. They randomly canceled my membership and when I called to fix it they said that they have notes that I said that I had moved… Not sure where they got that from, but they said they would call me back to fix it, however, never did. I would research other options before signing up!

I’ve been a member for almost a year and it’s been fantastic!! Super clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great organization and layout of a wide variety of equipment. There are so many positive things to say about OneLife Winchester that I can’t put them all here. Thanks to my personal trainer and fun classes I’m in the best shape of my life. I’ve never been into fitness but I just can’t get enough of this place!

Oversold! (I'm looking for a new gym). Membership is severely oversold: Roll up on any weekday and spend 5-10 min circling the parking lot looking for a space. Then head inside to change in the completely trashed locker room that is coated in pubic hairs and consistently, without fail, out of soap and paper towels (Unsanitary in these times for sure). Now it's time to head into the gym and wait at every single machine for each exercise in your routine. Want to wipe your equipment down? Good call! You will really wish the wipes were re-stocked! Have a favorite exercise? Let's hope that equipment isn't down for repair... you can circle back to hit it, after 7 or 8 months when they get it fixed. My 45 min workout is compounded into about 1:45 min because of the excessive waiting. Seems like management is far more concerned with selling memberships than they are with providing a Quality experience to existing members. All hands are on deck up front signing new members, while the facilities lack any attention at all. The good: Gym is fairly new, they have a great assortment of strength training machines, and some stuff that you won't see at any other local gyms.
