We typically stop by TSC once a week to pick up various items for the farm, staff are typically helpful and courteous... Update: Stopped by to grab a new hitch for a camper I was on my way to pick up. Unfortunately they didn't have the right combination hitch and ball and thought I was going to have to buy $40 in tools to assemble the right combination, but and older gentleman asked if I needed help and I explained what was going on and he went out of his way to help me get it assembled without having to buy an extra $40 in tools! This is what customer service is about! I wish I could remember his name, I do know he's probably one of the oldest guys that works there, but was a huge help and really made my day! Update 5/10/2022 Still great service Courtney was the last person to help us find what we were looking for with great customer service.
