I was just in your #892 store to get the free reign,the clerk would not honor the pilot app,said they are not a pilot. But there is a sign outside !!!

It's not a corporate Pilot, but rather an affiliate one. Only the corporate stores honor all of the offers from Pilot/Flying J.
