Jonathan is correct. There is a trail map available that gives you all the options and distances.
There several paths around the park so it depends on which you take, they have a posting of the distances as well as park rules on the east side where the parking is. The largest loop around the park might be four, the smallest is around the lake maybe two or so. Enjoy your walk!
