The deer in question is a piebald deer. It is a genetic trait that is seen in a small percentage of deer. As posted on the entrances & bulletin boards the park is not open to visitors until sunrise. This is for your safety. Thank you for your compliance.
I've never seen anything like that so I am very interested in seeing whatever pictures you might have. It would be dark at that hour, and it's important to note that the park is closed between sunset and sunrise so you're not supposed to be there.
There are two piebalds now. One is a small 6 pointer and the other has no bones on the top. I think it's amazing how the doe also grow bones on top.
