I had a great experience today with Scoot at curbside. He had so much knowledge about what I was getting and apologized for me having to wait a whole 3 minutes to be waited on. I would go back to Liberty just for him! Thanks again, Scoot!

Horrible rewards system. Old one was better! Clearly was overcharged today and staff and Jose the manager were trying to just give me credit instead of the actual money overcharged by staff member at curbside pickup! I wasn’t returning anything! It’s time to look for a new dispensary! Liberty in Norristown is going down hill! I don’t know if this is because of new staff that just don’t care or the manager who should realize that the customer is always right, when I clearly was but yet you didn’t want to give me back the extra money you charged me because you don’t do refunds! Are you kidding me?!?!?! I wasn’t returning anything!!!!! You overcharged me me on a product and that’s my fault?!?!?! Horrible! By the way aren’t you suppose to put the sticker with the patients name on it onto the product and not thrown in the bag?

They operate through curbside. Also there was blackouts earlier this week so they weren't able to fulfill orders. They're trying to fill backorders from the blackout
Was told because when they approved aniexty that dispensary’s possible found out the same time as every one else . But he said moxie and some other company was putting double what they normally do any day now 🙏🏽
