There are drives that you can go on in which you can see a lot of the cliff dwellings from across the canyon, so you would be able to see them from a far. That is still pretty awesome!
There is guided tours you pay for those chores when you go to The visitor center you get tickets to go to those and you go through the Indian ruins on those guided tours just was when we went they were all filled up for 2 days but as the summer goes on they have more rangers there they have more people to take him through every half hour when we went through they were taking tours through once every 2 hours so yes there's a lot to see there is a trailer park inside, if you take a trailer but there's also one outside of the park but there's also a town just a few miles outside with nice hotels where we stayed.
Absolutely you can see everything. You will not be able to walk down to the ruins but see my photos. They give a sample of what you can see without a ranger tour.
