I keep getting text supposed to be Sam Club that they add $100 to my Sam's card. 1)I don't have a Sam's credit card only a member card. Is this a scam?

It's a scam cuz I get texts like that all the time from "target", "Walmart" etc.. I just mark as spam and click the block checkmark
