I left a formal gown to be cleaned and paid $91. That was literally 1/3 of the dress’ cost. I’ve never paid more than $45 for a formal gown to be dry cleaned. They were not understanding at my disbelief with their astronomical cost and threatened to not give me my dress back without paying that ridiculous price.
