I'm not sure what park @Derrick is talking about in his comment above, but this park does not have any ponds or creeks of any kind.

No swimming ponds but it does have dog (and human) drinking fountains

No there is no water. There are 3 total enclosures, a large flat main loop, a secondary loop that is more hilly, and a 3rd enclosure that is very small, maybe for only 1 or 2 dogs
