Came in on a Sunday to sell a bunch of kids stuff to find out that they don't buy on Sunday even though it didn't say that anywhere. Of course nobody told me that until I already made multiple trips out to my car so I had to make multiple trips to reload. That tell me to come in Monday and they will buy it then. I show up Monday and there is a sign on the door that they closed early that day. I go back the next day and the same sign is there. I called the next day and they said they were short staffed but would be open normal hours on Friday and I could come in then. It would have been nice if the sign on the door reflected the temporary hours instead of just saying they closed early but I understood that they couldn't help staffing issues so I went on Friday. I was then told they couldn't buy it back on Friday but I could leave it overnight and they would check it Saturday morning. I finally got a text that it was ready Saturday afternoon but the rest of my day was booked out so I couldn't go in then. The morning wouldn't have been an issue but I had no time to go later in the afternoon. So I go in Sunday and they tell me that they can only give store credit now since I didn't go in Saturday. They didn't care that everything was changed up because they change the rules at a moments notice and expect everyone else to just follow it. I will never go back to this place again. This is the opposite of what I would call customer service.

Great place for really anything you can think of. Even diapers if needed(unopened boxes). Definitely when buying toys, chairs, strollers ect. Give them a good cleaning. Just bought a perfectly good walker for my son and the tray was a little grimy. A good wash and sanitize it's good as new. For only $15(walmart and Amazon $29+ for same one) it's worth it!! It's adjustable for many uses. Really glad this place exists! They have a mommy program/rewards program. 40% and 50% off on monthly items!!

I called before noon on a Friday to make sure they were still buying. I was kindly told "Yes, all day." I made the half hour drive only to be told, "No more buys today." Okay, so I call earlier on Monday and ask again with the same reply. When I arrived I was also met with the same reply- "No more buys today." I explained Friday and how I also called only a half hour earlier that same day again. I asked if they could take pity on me and look at my small box. I was met with, "No, we are over worked and understaffed, you can take an application on your way out" (by who I assume is the owner/manager by looking at the younger worker's horrified and embarrassed face). I wasn't nice back, but I don't know who would work for a person like that. Waste of time.
