Don’t waste your time here. I came in with a UTI accompanied by severe back pain, nausea and dizziness: first, the nurse snapped at me cuz I simply asked for water. Then, another nurse came in to take my temp and she didn’t use the thermometer correctly, so it said I have no fever. Even though right before I left my home to go there, I checked my temp multiple times and I had a fever of 102. Still have that fever, Dr. Gerard Asbeck….. Was given a small dose of Tylenol for the severe pain that I was in and given an antibiotic which cleared away the UTI but I am still having severe pain and fever. I felt rushed and uncared for. I now have to go to an ACTUAL er (not some BS pop up er). Kidney infections can kill people and you have my word, I will be taking any medical professionals involved to court for malpractice.

This place operates like a shady scam center. Front desk told me they took my insurance, and that the visit would be covered, BUT they wouldn't actually RUN my insurance until AFTER I "saw a doctor". I asked multiple times if I needed to pay a co-pay, which would be usual for an ER visit. They refused to say anything, continuing to insist that I would only be able to know the cost "after I saw the doctor and had the procedures" done. This is NOT NORMAL anywhere. They held my I.D and insurance card for the ENTIRE visit. Who knows what they were doing with them. I asked the front desk if I could get my I.D back after he told me that I was checked in. He outright refused to give them back, telling me that I would get them back "after I saw the doctor" once again. He had my personal ID'S for hours. It was only after a 600$ "doctor visit" AND an $1500 x-ray that I was told NONE of visit was going to be covered by my insurance. Completely the OPPOSITE of what they had told me when I was admitted. This is a scam. I walked out, unwilling to get scammed for another $2,000 and went to ANOTHER UC Health right down the road. I was got fully treated there for $75. If you care about your money and loved ones, please reconsider bringing anyone here.

My experience in the ER was not very good. They did a few tests and almost sent me on my way with no information as to what was going on with me, I had to ask to see the doctor to ask if they had any idea what caused my issue. I then had a $2800 bill for a few tests they ran and the financial aid office has been no help. They've cancelled my request multiple times now, recently stating I was non-compliant, though I have emails that state they have everything they needed from my side. I've followed up and have not heard back. I honestly feel like I've been scammed.

The staff here are the most amazing medical professionals I have ever dealt with. My experience all 3 times was outstanding! starting with the initial phone call all the way to the treatment. They are great at their professions but also very kind and compassionate people. It was about as great an experience as one could have when going to an ER! I hope they see this and know how awesome they are! I would highly recommend coming here if you ever need medical attention.

They are a stand alone Emergency Room. Not an Urgent Care or Medical Clinic. So, no, they do not have a Primary Care Physician.
