I don’t think a short paragraph review does justice for this gym! Literally one of the BEST communities I have ever been apart of. Everyone tries to make sure you feel welcome, included in the group, and confident about being there. I have been doing CrossFit for 6 years and recently joined RCCF last year, and let me tell you the coaching is spot on. Each time I go in, the coaches do such a great job breaking down each movement and really emphasizing the importance of good form. The owners, Jeremy and Heather are angels; they are the nicest people who truly care about each individual that walks into the gym. If you are looking for a fabulous gym in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Ralston Creek to everyone of all walks of life!
