What is the parking situation? We are in a 31 foot RV, so we need RV or bus parking.

They have a pretty large parking area that accommodates RV's and 4 wheelers....you shouldn't have any problems. It's a really cool place . While you're in the area be sure to visit Mesa Verde National Park....AWESOME !!.... ENJOY !!!!

Yeah there is a good sized parking lot. It probably won't have many cars in it.
