Do they sell spare organ meats such as kidney, liver, brains, eyes etc... also looking for spare muscle cuts such as cheek, heart, tongue etc... Having a hard time finding unwanted cuts!

They do have some offal in their freezer reach-ins. I can't remember exactly what is/was available, but I recall looking at bags of cut down femur bones for a stock one time and seeing "other" parts wrapped and labled. As the previous gentleman said, give them a call. They are fantastic neighbors and would love to help you I'm sure.
