I've visited Je Vape three times now. Each and every single time I've went I have been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the customer service and the expertise of the workers. Today I spent like 30 minutes trying to decide on the first sub-ohm device I've had in years. Took up a lot of Sophie's time. But she was nice and definitely seemed like she knew what she was talking about. Something I haven't encountered at other vape shops. I'm happy with the device I ended up picking out so Sophie did a great job! The experience here reminds me of what vape shops were like several years ago. When everyone who worked at a vape shop was a high level enthusiast. Since juuls and other pod systems have gotten popular it seems like most vape stores are run by people who don't even know what a VG/PG balance is or the difference between an RTA and a RDA. Rest assured that's not the case here.
