Entry is on 15 minute intervals. Check with customer service if a bit late. They have a customer service counter and are very sweet and professional. We thought we lost 2 of our 6 tickets because 2 people could not go. They helped us pick a future date to redeem those tickets.
My family went over the weekend and we where a few minutes late. It seemed the purpose of the times was for crowd control.
