Why can't I access my premier stubs account. I need to purchase tickets for tomorrow as promised and am unable to do so

If you have an email account set up with the app you can reset password then have access..if not then you will have to call customer service directly.

Call AMC customer service and they should be able to assist you.

On line works for me.

You have to contact AMC, not the movie theater.
