I don't know about their seats because I don't go to that theater, sorry.
The seats recline. They do fix it. They are amazing!

That theater is always clean seats and all
The seats recline and the theater is always clean. I attend this theater weekly, because there's no riffraff and free refills on soft drinks. I've never encountered a broken seat. To top it all off, the theater has a full functioning bar (McGuffins) and you are allowed to take your cocktails into the theater with you.
When I went, which was a month ago, the seats reclined just fine with no problem and the theatre was clean as well.
