is there enough space to walk through when the seats are reclined?

Yes. The aisles are large.

When seat is fully reclined, the person would need to move their feet slightly for you to pass.

I know in Dolby Cinema theater; if sitting closer to the last row & needing to use the bathroom or the concessions; there is an Elevator to go down for the Concessions & also there's a Bathroom behind the last Row near the elevator. So You Won't have to walk all the way down or back up the steps.
