Why doesnt the eastchase trim those trees out back as panhandlers have made camp under those ?

I called the unit and spoke to the manager. After the i intial post i went back there to investigate the camp. Garbage piled high, alcohol containers , feral cat shelters....disgusting. The trees i thought belonged to the apt complex is in fact Whataburger's . Next step will be a letter to corporate with pictures of their own property.
