Beautiful place, just as nice, or nicer than the Arboretum in Dallas, and cheaper too (but has less restrooms and water filling stations than the Arboretum). Great afternoon or morning trip with the kids. Japanese Garden is nice, the gift shop inside is a little pricey but has some really neat items.

Two times the fun here. We had plans to attend the "Music of the Eagles" tonight, live music 🎶🤙 in the park, so we figured a bike ride there during the day to check out the parking and logistics of the place would be a good idea. It was... We found our north parking lot, how to get in, and where to directly walk in to. Our first time here attending and we had an ice chest to pull, so. Spend the additional 18 bucks for parking as you purchase your ticket online. Get the North parking which is very close to the entry. Easy walk to the sitting or festival area from there. Warning!!! It can be extremely hot and humid out there! PREPARE yourself! Plenty of concessions close by, well behaved crowd, but very hot and sticky. The fireworks helped though🧨

Such a beautiful and tranquil place. Admission is $12 per person and it's well worth it. There is construction underway at the Botanic garden so there are a few detours but not awful. The garden is huge! There is so much see!! You will have a very peaceful and relaxing day here.

March 2022 - Words don't do justice to the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. My husband and I arrived around 9:15, and very few people were there. However, by 10:30, the garden had lots of visitors! So if you're interested in attending when fewer people are there, I recommend arriving between 8:00 - 9:15. The tulips were picture perfect. I'll return around the first part of September to see the garden during a diffent season.

Was there a couple days ago and both the tulips and poppies were in bloom.
I believe the admission went in effect around 1 July 2019. It was free prior to then, but so much is included with your admission. The concerts are definitely a perk and think about the maintenance of the gardens.
Yes, there are wide, wooden planked walkways and clearly designated paths wide enough for families with strollers!
You need to pay to enter the gardens
They are allowed but not provided.
Admission Child 0 - 5 - Free Child 6-15 - $6.00 Adult 16-64 - $12.00 Seniors 65+ - $10.00 General admission parking is free
Yes.There are many grassy areas. There are also lots of searing areas. The Japanese gardens are particularly beautiful and serene.
All of them have sidewalks. There are gentle hills, nothing aggressive
yes you can and yes it cost money but they do have the information on their website about how much they have several different locations in the gardens itself to rent.
$ 12 for adults.
The Restaurant is currently in the middle of a renovation and rebranding, the new Rock Springs Cafe will be open later this year.
Chinese lantern display and it includes the entire garden.
Botanical Garden is free for now til later this year. Probably because Texas has no state taxes there will be an entrance fee later. There's a beautiful silk bird, insect , animal display that is lighted at night wel worth seeing.
Not sure but you can call to find out
Not that i have seen, but haven't been everywhere there...
There is a lot of free public walks and gardens, which like they answered above, just depend on the size of your family. My boyfriend have been twice, the first time we did all the gardens, including the butterfly garden, tropical greenhouse, and Japanese garden, and it took about 3 hours. The last time we went we didn't do the paid gardens and it took us about 1 and a half or 2 hours.
If they do its to save the gardens so ill gladly still go....
Yes you can, the botanic garden has indoor venues for meetings, lunches, retairement parties, baby showers and receptions. It all depends on the number of attendees. Some rooms have a capacity of 20 up to 240. The cost is based on a period of 4 hours, 6 hours or 9 hours. It starts from $200- $1,650.
Its dozens of individual gardens that comprise one massive campus of 110 acres 👍🏻
No, its free to go to the botanical gardens. The only place you have to pay is if you choose entry into the Japanese garden section. That is $7. It is very nice in that area but you don't have to enter there for good photo opts.
It's free
The only fees are for the Japanese garden, the conservatory (once it opens back up), food at the restaurant (very delicious), and the concerts in the garden in the summer. Daily visits are free though
Isnot possible in the garden after hours, only in events
At the front desk where you pay to get in. They have it there in bags.
Yes you can. Enter the main building when you arrive, and there's a desk to purchase admission.
I don't think you can get it online. I think you have to buy it in person.
Ask the person in charge of that department in the garden.
Yes. Free parking.
Age 6 and under are free, 6-15 are $6, 15-64 are $12, and 65+ are $10
There are small pockets of flowers 12/20/20. Pansies, poppies, some roses and begonias. But there are plenty of other beautiful textures such as the sea oats and evergreen bushes. Some of the Japanese maples still had red leaves. The animal topiaries are also fun to look at too.
I do not know that but the best thing to do is just call them and talk to the correct people out there you'll be able to help you with prices
They have a office there at the Gardens, please go there to day or weekday would be better.
Check by looking up the Fort Worth Stock show. They are right next to each other and lots of folks have Rvs at the stock show
No you just pay once. When we went it was awfully hot. So take plenty of water. And there was only one bathroom open. Besides the one when you first go in. To me it really wasn't all that great. I won't go again.
They look nice. Fortunately I have a lot of flowers they have and everything looks good. Just no Japanese garden. I recommend going as early as possible because you only get 1 hour and it is hot.
It's best to call and see.
$12 adult, $8 kids
No
Yes
It was green and beautiful 2 weeks ago.
You can purchase your ticket for the Garden at the Garden Center, a Tram will then take you to the Japanese Garden. There is no longer a ticket office at the Japanese Garden the new admission includes the pervious admission for the Japanese Garden and Rainforest Conservatory ($9) plus $3 for the Garden’s additional 100 acres.
You need to Google and contact them, it is beautiful
It was right after the concert at 9:05 pm ... when we went last Saturday (6/22/2019)
Parking lots A,B,C,D are there in front of the park but if it's full, there is a multilevel paid parking opposite to the garden.
Translates to how many parks are in my community in medrobrok?... @MaritzaZamora You could google that question and get better results
There is no charge for the main building and trail. There is a charge for the Japanese garden area.
Not for the general garden area, but the Japanese garden or any other special event they may have you will have to pay.
Call them
I think so. I would go this year because I heard next year 2020 they are going to start charging.
yes, you can take pictures
In March the cherry, peach, and cradapple trees will be in full bloom along with the rose garden and the rest of the gaardens
The rate is very high, fair and reasonable should be, $ 2 dollars children $ 4 adults, are not thinking of families with limited resources!
they have a new tenant renting the restaurant. went last week and it hadn't opened yet
They have not yet fully bloomed, they should be blooming in the next week or two. We should have a good bloom this year as we had a fairly wet early part of the year.
I understand that it is free for the day and in the evening it costs 18 dollars because there is lighting
Texas state parks do not allow alcohol. Many city parks including this one don't allow it either
No, it is not specified as such on their website. You can enquire at the window though.
Every child no matter what their age would enjoy the beauty
you need to book. they do monitor the gardens regularly with security and they are notified about all events.....so you could be asked to leave
There are so many different flowers, that have there peak time, early spring for the bulbs, a little later for roses, it's such a pretty place, all seasons have their unique beauty. See it all its a treasure!
yes you can but if you are doing q photoshoot there is a fee
Yes free admission. Some exhibits are a slight charge.
Yes, except for the Japanese garden which costs like $ 7. .... I had to use Google translate. Apologies if my Spanish comes out garbled.
Yes
I agree, maybe $6/$3 is more reasonable.
Only if they're certified service animals. Directly from their website: "Certified service animals are permitted in the Garden. Please leave all other animals (including dogs) at home."
I ignore it
It is outdoors, except for classes. Used to have an atrium to walk through, but hasnt been open in a couple years. The BRIT has things indoors, but on a schedule only, classes and exhibits.
There's parking at the front and at the restaurant and at the south end. Enjoy the garden.
The botanical gardens are free. Have to pay to get in Japanese gardens though
I didn't see any personally, you could always call them and ask.
They did, however the conservation room is closed for repairs at this time. In the trial gardens they normally have milkweed growing, and butterflies flock there... Either way, it is worth a visit.
There are already multiple questions on here asking about pets, but the answer is no. Their website states: "Certified service animals are permitted in the Garden. Please leave all other animals (including dogs) at home."

Yes. Although, honestly, it's better priced than many other places that we looked at. It's beautiful and comes pre-decorated! It allows for good photos, without having to travel to a different location. Depending on the size of your wedding (ours was around 50 people), you can choose a smaller and less expensive area (such as the Oval Rose Garden). There's a lady in the main building that you can talk to about everything. They're pretty flexible. :)

They might, but I haven't seen any dogs that I can remember. I would call and ask them first.
For a wedding you need to purchase a permit. To just be a guest, no. They just ask you be courteous to other guests. Tripods are allowed, but not in the Japanese Gardens
Monday-Sunday 7am to 9pm
