The one time I bought from this location, I had to wait 25 minutes to get my complete order despite the scheduled pick-up. I had to remind them to make it because they apparently forgot, and it wasn’t because they were busy, the store wasn’t packed at all. Then I realized that I didn’t receive the extra sides I payed for, so I ended up getting robbed $2 by these people. As of yet no real effort has been put by the restaurant to refund my stolen money.

If I could give no stars I would. The customer service here is non existent. Normally I would go thru the drive thru but because of the time of day I decided to go inside. Once inside all the teenagers just walked around until a manager came from the back and took my order. After placing my order it took literally 30 min to get a burger and a drink. Not trying to complain...but this is a fast food joint right??? They were only focusing on the drive thru when it was only 4 cars there to begin with. By the time I was fed up and asked about my order the drive thru was dang near wrapped around the parking lot...hence the reason it took so long. But if there were only a few customers inside why not get them out the way as well?? The things I seen on the inside just made me not want to eat fast food at all anymore.

Okay so the staff here are really rude, but they do a good job making the food and don't get the orders wrong. Stingy on the straws. Takes awhile in the drive thru, expect to wait 20 minutes from ordering to getting the food at the window. But they don't skimp on the salt on the fries! That matters!
