Do they have deals on an entire beef cow and how much.? Would they cut to order?

We carry dry-aged hanging beef and, therefore, we sell the entire animal/steer. You may also buy portions. A side of beef (1/2 steer) costs approximately $1800 and yields approximately 200 lbs finished cut meat -- cut to order, wrapped, and frozen.

All meat is cut to order. I know they will work with you on the entire side(?).
