Been going here for years. Love the Sunday Farmers Market, the herbs and products you won't find in most convenient stores.

The farmer's market is great, but the parking lot gets too hot to spend much time there in the summer. This would be a great place to install those solar canopies to provide shade and add power to the grid.

You can do those here, too. Hair cut? Thrift store? Boutique organic grocery store? Yep? Smoothies? Exotic goods from West Asia? Can do! Farmer's market on a Sunday morning? Sure! All the above, and more, are available here. Not fancy, just useful and convenient.
