Worst experience with pharmacy ever. 6 phone calls to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. Each time, I was told I would get a call back. Never did. Finally, when I called today, the pharmacy employee told me that my experience was "not their fault" because they have no idea when the order was received. When I responded that it was their fault that they didn't call me back even once when they promised to, the employee told me to have a good day and hung up on me. When I tried to call back to speak to a store manager to tell them of my experience, I just get put on hold and eventually get disconnected. Stay away. I am switching my prescription to another pharmacy altogether. No CVS ever again!

Untimely prescription fills. Medication is never ready on time. They make you drive around for 20 minutes so they can fill it. Most recently my daughter’s antibiotic was called in on Friday. I came to pick it up on Sunday and the pharmacist THEN started filling it.

Sunday 4:57PM (3 mins to close) the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription saying they couldn’t do it because they are about to close and asked me to see other pharmacies, sending me back home with painful hand and arm. I am not going there again.

Horrible and unprofessional. I scheduled a Covid test 2 weeks in advance and they called me the day before my test to tell me they made a scheduling error and have to cancel my appt. This test was for a flight so finding another PCR test at the last minute for the same date was very stressful! There was no apology and they gave me a phone # to call and reschedule. After 90 minutes on the phone and being transferred back and forth, it turns out you cannot even schedule Covid tests by phone at all! Idiots
