No there is not a camera store at the Springfield Mall you can find a camera store at the Manoa Shopping Center on West Chester Pike
Sorry, I live right near Manoa Shopping Center and I can tell you that the camera store went out of business at least a year, year and a half ago. It's now a Wild Birds Unlimited. There might still be a camera store in Ardmore but I couldn't swear to it. So many places have gone belly up, it's hard to keep track.
This mall has a store which takes professional photos for you - if that's what you mean by 'camera store'. There is no heavy tech in this mall that sells things like professional cameras, computer parta, etc. The highest tech in here can be found within the mall's Gamestop.
I know there are department stores that sell phones and such so cameras would also be sold there. I can't say for sure though.
