Has been getting worse in the past couple years. Especially with COVID. If you are looking for a good mall experience just don’t go here go to KOP mall. Springfield mall used to be the place to go to hangout, no it’s filled with bad stores and the stores that are there a just mediocre. They had this cool self serve soft serve ice cream machine but within a month or so it was gone. Anything that was good that was put into this mall is now gone. The property has great potential and high value because of the spot it is located in but the Overall shopping experience is very bad. Either the current owners need to make huge improvements or just sell it to a company that can. I can no longer stay in that mall for more than an hour. Target is the highlight. Not much food options.

I only went to Target this visit, I enjoy shopping at this Target, as I get some of my Vegan products from here. Also, they have a nice selection of comfortable dresses for Summer. Vitamins supply, and Pharmacy. Still waiting for them to get their delivery of bedding (Duvets set). I never made it to Macy's. There is few places to sit and eat in Court, as well eat in the Eateries. There is a Dollar Store, I believe American Eagle and other places to shop including Bath & Body Works.

This mall just isn't what it used to be, unfortunately. There are far too many stores that are not in use/vacant. They could really use some new businesses in here. New businesses to fill the mall (AKA no more vacant storefronts) along with a bit of a facelift to improve the look of the mall, would most definitely pump new life into this dying mall. I'm positive that online shopping has a factor on this mall and every other mall in the world right now, but I know that if they had some new blood in terms of stores, did a bit of remodeling in a way that says, "this is our rebirth," and I'm sure that this mall would be able to breathe again!

Cute little mall with your basic necessities. They always have something fun for kids in the center as well as stores to meet the needs of moms and little people. This mall os very family friendly (its a safe mall where you'll see plenty of families). My kids love build a bear and we often go there. The clothes are great I always find something. Target is the icing on the cake! You can get a little grocery shopping and AND browse some of the latest fashions. Its one of my favorites for a quiet mall visit.

That would be nice, probably only during the Christmas season.
You would need to contact the mall
Why would you risk going to the mall in this weather. Anything could happen like power outages.

It is right down the street from the mall.
There is a Sbarro pizza on the first floor near Target.
I think there is one in the Arctic areas of the world.
Probably not
It’s located at lower level entrance near Target, next to Sbarro Pizza.
I believe they're going to have photos with the Easter Bunny at the Center Court but I don't know about the specific hours and days. Try calling the mall itself (sorry, I don't know the phone number). I'm sure they'd be able to tell you or at least direct you to who would know.
They had power outage yesterday it was on by opening today but most of the stores did not open even though power was on and employees were in the store
Target and macys are the only ones I'd say are department stores but there is also several clothing stores
