Well, this was my first time at this location and I was not impressed. The drive through lines were ridiculously long even with them assisting with orders at the cars. Inside was worse, but I refused to sit in a hot car waiting. It was packed and the dining area and condiment station wasn’t the cleanest. You order at the counter then go wait somewhere else for the food which is confusing when you first come in because it looks like people are in like to order but they are waiting for their food. When the staff does come with the orders to be picked up, no one can hear them, they need to speak louder. The other locations I’ve been to are way faster than this location. It took way too long to get our food. Not sure if I’ll come back here, maybe if I’m in the area.

0 STARS The past few times I’ve ordered from here the food has been horrible! Either something is missing or the entire order is messed up. I took a break after the last time I ordered on DoorDash they told my dasher my order was accidentally picked up by someone else and had him waiting over 30 minutes until he couldn’t stay any longer and he stated the manager was very rude to him and was not helpful at all. Basically said “there’s nothing we can do” didn’t even try to remake my order…My entire almost 40$ order ended up being cancelled an hour later and as you may know on DoorDash it takes 3-5 business days to get your money refunded. I ordered again today after reading the latest reviews which most said their food was either missing or raw. And I get my order and received American cheese instead of pepperjack which I hate! And nuggets are literally barely cooked/ pink on the inside. I’m officially done with this place. SHUT IT DOWN!

The staff is always ALWAYS friendly & fast. My food is always hot & correct at this location. Busy area but this Chick-fil-A keeps up with the pace.

The WORST Chick Fil A EVER . There are young children , very ignorant , ghetto and dirty . They messed up my order twice. This place needs to get shut down . Just go inside and look over the counter , absolutely filthy and the managers are like 16-17 and have no experience in customer service. I will continue to eat from Chick-fil-A but NEVER from this ghetto all over the place one. HIRE NEW STAFF AND DEEP CLEANING SERVICES . Just imagine how nasty they are in the back when making the food. Can’t be trusted at all.
