I never realized how busy these locations can get! Went to get my child's ears pierced and it was a great experience. (I also got another earlobe piercing for myself ;).) The staff was friendly, made my child very comfortable, and completed the service quickly. They also had some very quality jewelry. I am very satisfied with the jewelry that we used for our piercings because its hard to find earrings that don't irritate my sensitive skin. My child had no pain afterwards and they are healing wonderfully. Thank you so much! I wish I would have got the staff members name so I could personally shout her out! This was on the lower level location of Springfield Mall during the weekday.

Girl do yourself a favor and go to a legit piercing studio. I recommend Baker St. in Media, only like 10-15min. away from the mall.
That's funny cause when we were there I was told You don't do both at the same time, even though there were 2 employees standing there watching & chatting while 1 pierced. I still gave a good review & would recommend You guys but maybe You should all say/do the same thing.
