Kim was absolutely amazing in our session! She went through details very carefully, and was sure to listen attentively to what I wanted (even though I was very new to trying on dresses). She made my first bridal appointment absolutely spectacular, one of my favorite dresses was one she selected for me that was outside of my comfort zone!! I cannot say enough positive things. Thank you for your knowledge, patience, and expertise! I know I will be back to visit her again soon.

I went to pick out and get fitted for two bridesmaids dresses and Kim helped me find the perfect dresses and sizes!! She made the process so quick and gave great advice. I’m so happy with the dresses we picked out together. I probably would have been searching for dresses for hours if I didn’t have Kim to pick out the perfect dress for my body type!

We had a great experience at David’s Bridal Springfield thanks to our consultant Renee C. She allowed us to browse the store. Pick dresses that we wanted to try. She brought dresses to us to try which allowed us to test other styles that would be perfect for our event. Dresses are beautiful and rank higher than some of the more expensive bridal shops. The manager Angel was very helpful too. Great experience overall!

After having a terrible experience in Newark this morning, my crew and I went to Springfield. Kim saved my life!! Though I did choose a dress in Newark, I still wasn’t sure and tried on more with Kim. She made me feel beautiful in every single dress & Had so much information on how each dress would fit me perfectly, etc..she also helped pick different styles of bridesmaids dresses to the T for my girls and I was just extremely, extremely, EXTREMELY over the moon with her help. The rest of the staff who were kind of floating around or helping others were also always ready to lend a helping hand or answer a question. Great store, great staff, great stylist! Super excited to bring my dress home! Kim, thank you SO much!!

Yes you can exchange but you have to spend up what you paid for the first dress. I just did the same and my 2nd dress cost half as much as the first which I was able to shop for other things to make up the difference!

No. In regard to sizing, they're willing to take a dress in or let it out but definitely no exchanging for a different style
