If I have a dress there already and see something else I really like better than the one I have there to pick up before the pick up Date can I get another dress ! And make up the different or exchange for the same price?

Yes you can exchange but you have to spend up what you paid for the first dress. I just did the same and my 2nd dress cost half as much as the first which I was able to shop for other things to make up the difference!
