Other than going to the dealership, I would know nothing about that.
It maybe the case (shell). You should try replacing that first before you spend all that money replacing the receiver. Check Amazon for replacement part, and check YouTube on how to replace it. This could save you hundreds, I'm sure the dealership would say just bring it in and let's us take a look at it. LOL
Not sure but it shouldn't be much, it's pretty simple. Did you check if the owner's manual tells how?

This percentage is the quality of the oil, this does not mean you only have 17 percent oil left and you add oil. You have to get a full oil change
